Coping with that "Empty" feeling.

Trying to cope with that empty feeling?

The weekends go by waaay too fast, or if you’re off during the week, I’m sure those days do too. 😎 We usually spend those days doing things we love, filling ourselves with good stuff like sleeping in late, catching a movie, going out to eat, maybe some “me” time. So we feel better...because we’ve nourished ourselves.

Feeling “empty”, sometimes sad even, can be a sure sign we’re not nourishing ourselves either physically, emotionally or mentally - sometimes all 3! This is something I focus on a lot with my counseling clients. Self-care doesn’t need to be time-consuming, expensive or hard. That’s the exact opposite of what we want!

Today, I’m going to spend time with my singing bowl and find my center.

How will you nourish yourself today?

Contact me if you need help with this…I do offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.

In peace,

Beth
